Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking an IT Desktop Support specialist in Hong Kong to install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software, and to resolve day-to-day workplace technology issues.

You will work with IT teams to address network, server and infrastructure faults, support IT asset management and incident/change processes, and deliver timely desktop services with a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop support to internal users and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident/change management processes.
