Job summary
BROCENT Asia Limited is a leading IT Managed Service and Solution Provider delivering comprehensive IT support to clients across Asia. We are seeking a proactive IT support professional to join our Hong Kong team, handling on-site and remote assistance as part of a dynamic service operation.
You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, install and upgrade systems, train users, and document service reports while ensuring high-quality customer care and efficient ticket
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Services or related disciplines.
- 3 years+ relevant support experience
- Spoken English and Cantonese is a MUST
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
- Traveling to the client’s location or connecting via a remote link.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
- Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
- Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
