Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
• Resolve day-to-day workplace technology issues, incl. hardware/software faults, security and printing.
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot network/server infrastructure and incidents.
