Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a Chinese multinational client in Hong Kong. You will manage media buying within budget, coordinate invoice checks, source high-quality traffic partners, and support supplier verification.

You should have 1–2 years in procurement or online marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, and bilingual English/Chinese. Strong negotiation, project management, and numeric skills are essential for timely delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years procurement or online marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Advertising.
• Experience in online media with understanding of media platforms/tools.
• Strong negotiation and cross-cultural verbal communication skills.
• Project management; able to plan, follow SOP, and deliver on time.
• Good math skills to calculate media spend and rebates.
• Knowledge of overseas legal and finance; obey purchase rules; trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Media buying within budget for Ads and services for Business Units.
• Coordinate with annual media agency or partner to process payments and verify invoices.
• Source high-quality traffic partners and complete supplier verification.
• Negotiate with contractors on price, scope of work, payment method and delivery time.
• Ensure timely deliverables and satisfactory service quality.
• Evaluate vendor performance for supplier management.
• Provide insights and analyze media data and budgets.
• Support procurement manager in partnership building with partners.
