Job summary

Rubison Marketing Solutions Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Marketing Communications Executive/Specialist to drive integrated campaigns across online and offline channels for clients in finance, luxury, property, food & beverage, retail, art & culture and tech.

You will support strategic communications plans, craft press materials, identify media angles, manage media sell-ins and influencer collaborations, and assist with events and pitches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent discipline.
• One to two years relevant work experience in PR/marketing agencies.
• Knowledge of Finance/Property/Tech markets in HK is an added advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong multi-tasking, ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under tight timelines.
• Possess strong project management skills and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify unique media angles and USPs for assigned projects for online and offline publicity.

Marketing Communications Executive/ Specialist

We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Communications Executive/ Specialist to take part in a wide variety of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• To participate in a full lifecycle of integrated communications projects, both online and offline, for clients fromfinancial institutions, luxurious brands, property, food & beverage, retail, art & culture and tech industries.
• To support the team in implementing strategic marketing communications plans to meet clients’ objectives and achieve targets (online and offline channels).
• To identify unique media angles and USPs for assigned projects to maximise on-line/ off-line publicity.
• To develop press releases and media materials and be responsible for media sell-ins, pitching, and social influencers selection and engagement, and compile related reports after the publicity campaigns to analysis the performance and effectiveness.
• To support in event management, including but not limited to coordination and supervision of vendors/ suppliers, onsite supervision and management, liaison with other third parties, etc.
• To participate in business pitch, proposal development and presentation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or equivalent discipline
• A minimum of ONE to TWOyears relevant work experience in PR/ Marketing agencies is required.
• Hands on experience gained in lifestyle PR, knowledge of Finance/ Property/ Tech markets in HK will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of the media landscape of Hong Kong and mainland China. Media connection with Lifestyle/ Culture/ Feature Page, or with Business & Finance Media will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and work under tight timelines
• Possess strong project management skill and can work independently
• Detail-minded, well-organised, proactive, highly motivated, responsible and a good team player/ leader
