Job summary

Flow State Recruitment is seeking a Purchasing professional in Hong Kong to manage material planning, orders and invoice follow-ups. The role involves maintaining strong supplier relationships and occasional travel to China.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in purchasing/logistics and strong English/Chinese communication, with BIM knowledge being a plus. Chinese Mandarin proficiency and PC literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years experience in purchasing and logistics.
• A team player with good communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Independently, self-initiative and goal-oriented thinking.
• Good command in written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in PC applications and knowledge in BIM is an asset.
• Experience in Construction / Engineering / Metal is preferred.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Purchasing Officer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for material planning and order management.
• Follow up with purchase order and invoice.
• Meet with frequent suppliers and keep good relationships.
• Occasional travel to China.
