Job summary

Iprospect in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive media planning professional to liaise with traditional and digital vendors, optimize budgets and deliver value-driven solutions. You will participate in end-to-end campaign execution, from material coordination to monthly billing, while monitoring market trends and competitors.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, Cantonese/English/Mandarin fluency, and an ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; marketing or media major preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Detail oriented, organized and numerically inclined.
• Good communication, teamwork and self-motivation.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with both traditional and digital media vendors on buying cost.
• Optimize media budget and provide best value/solution for the client.
• Support integrated campaigns from material coordination, booking and reporting.
• Monitor market changes and competitors’ moves; evolving media consumption.
• Initiate out-of-the-box ideas for clients.
