Qualifications

• 1-2 years in office operations within a Food and Beverage setting preferred
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a busy environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative with diverse teams and adaptable to change

Responsibilities

• Set up, replenish, and breakdown of food and refreshment service stations
• Coordinate with catering teams and vendors for daily menus and dietary needs
• Monitor presentation, cleanliness, and service flow during meals
• Act as on-site liaison between vendors and client stakeholders
• Answer employee queries in person and via ticketing/communication tools
• Escalate issues to Vendor Account Manager and/or Client FTE Manager
• Support staff briefings and feedback collection for service improvements
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health codes
• Maintain basic service records and support KPIs reporting
