You will drive data-driven reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives with excellent cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor/Higher Diploma in Hospitality management or related discipline and 2–3 years’ experience in F&B or quality compliance, strong knowledge of safety

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive F&B QCSE Coordinator to join our team. QCSE (Quality, Compliance, Safety & Excellence) is at the core of our food and hospitality operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring robust food safety, quality assurance, inventory governance, compliance controls, and driving continuous improvement across our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality & Safety: Strengthen quality assurance and food safety controls across the operation.

Systems Management: Own inventory, reporting, and operational systems to ensure seamless day-to-day functions.

Data & Analytics: Manage food data, analytics, and management reporting to support strategic decisions.

Inventory Control: Enhance stock accuracy and maintain strict supplier governance.

Efficiency & Sustainability: Drive waste reduction and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality management or related discipline.

2-3 years of experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, hospitality management, or a quality compliance role.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control standards, and inventory management.

Analytical mindset with experience in data management and operational reporting.

Excellent communication and governance skills to manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
