Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day client activities for assigned Hong Kong properties.

You will be the on-site primary contact for stakeholders, manage site budgets, maintenance, contract services, and procurement, and lead the team to deliver required services per the MSA. You will ensure vendors are well-managed, contracts are executed cost-effectively, and safety standards are upheld, including health and safety guidelines and incident

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client activities for assigned properties & facilities and serve as on-site key point of contact for stakeholders.
• Oversee site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, procurement of materials, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk.
• Lead the account team to deliver required deliverables per the MSA.
• Ensure vendors are well-managed and procurement complies with client guidelines and JLL best practice.
• Plan and manage contracts to ensure delivery at the right costs and monitor expiry and re-procurement.
• Maintain safety, ensure health guidelines are followed, and manage risk and incident reporting.
• Monitor site operations, drive continuous quality improvements, and implement industry best practices.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required.
