Job summary

Hysan in Hong Kong is seeking a skilled Building Services Manager to oversee sub-office staff administration and supervise day-to-day operations of the building and its services systems.

You will lead on-site and outsourced contractors, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating maintenance, and guiding a technical team to deliver reliable facilities management with a focus on quality and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of working experience in building/building services operation and maintenance, with at least 6 years in supervision.
• Bachelor-level degree in engineering/construction related fields.
• Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
• Willingness to work on shift if required.
• Fluent in Cantonese; English competence preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; excellent customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site and outsourced contractors to manage day-to-day operation, maintenance, and emergency works.
• Lead technical teams to coordinate with building management office for smooth daily operations.
• Supervise tenants fit-out/reinstatement to meet approved drawings and standards.
• Handle tenants’ requests and complaints, strengthening tenant relations.
• Oversee safety, quality, environmental protection and sustainability compliance.
• Manage maintenance material inventory and procurement processes.
