Job summary

Hysan Development Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Manager, Technical Services (Operations) to oversee daily building operations, supervise on-site and outsourced contractors, and ensure system performance and safety compliance.

You will lead a technical team, coordinate with the building management office, supervise tenant works, handle inquiries, and drive maintenance procurement and inventory control to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in building operation/maintenance.
• At least 6 years supervisory experience.
• Degree in Engineering or Construction disciplines.
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
• Willing to work on shift if required.
• Fluent Cantonese; English proficiency preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site and outsourced contractors for daily operations and maintenance.
• Lead technical team and coordinate with building management office.
• Supervise tenants' fit-out and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Handle tenant inquiries and repair/maintenance requests; strengthen relations.
• Manage maintenance works, procurement, and inventory control.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and adherence to regulations.
