Job summary

Hysan Development Co Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Senior (Technical Officer) to supervise day-to-day operations and building services in our commercial properties hub. You will lead on-site teams and contractors, ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with the building management office to support tenant services and activities.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in building services operation and maintenance.
At least 2 years supervisory experience.
Holder of Certificate/Higher Certificate/Diploma in related Engineering/Construction disciplines.
Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate.
Fluent in Cantonese; English competence preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise on-site BMT-PM(Tech) and contractors for day-to-day operations and maintenance.
Coordinate with building management office to provide technical support and activities.
Oversee tenants' fit-out/reinstatement work to approved drawings and standards.
Handle tenants’ complaints and maintenance requests; strengthen tenant relations.
Monitor works and contractors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Manage emergency procedures and safety compliance.
Develop staff through training and identify improvement opportunities.
Oversee maintenance materials warehouse and procurement processes.
