Job summary

MTR Corporation is hiring a Guest Services Officer in Hong Kong to deliver premium concierge services to tenants and visitors at a Grade A office building. You will provide one-stop service, greet guests, and assist with inquiries in English and Chinese.

The role requires at least 2 years in hospitality or related fields, a pleasant personality, and strong customer service skills. Uniforms are worn and shift patterns may be irregular.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality, property or aviation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Job description

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, including English and Chinese Languages
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably gained in hospitality / property / aviation industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in other languages
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and customer services skills
• Hands‑on experience in various software applications

Remarks

• Required to wear uniform and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours
