MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a Marketing/Station Retail professional to help manage Cross Boundary Segment retail facilities and support daily operations at West Kowloon Station and Mainland Port Area. The role focuses on service quality, safety targets, and coordination with tenants and operations teams.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in property management or customer services.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Experience in retail shop management or station operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in managing station retail facilities in Cross Boundary Segment to provide quality management services to shop tenants and support daily operations.
• Support development of customer services and operational standards to meet requirements and safety targets.
• Manage service contracts including cleaning, security and ambassador services, and monitor performance.
• Support execution of promotion activities for station shops and monitor tenants’ fitting out works.
• Collaborate with station operations and stakeholders to implement station retail facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing station retail facilities in Cross Boundary Segment (including West Kowloon Station and Mainland Port Area) to provide quality management services to shop tenants and support tenants on daily operation
• Support the development of customer services and operational standards to ensure compliance with the Corporation’s requirements and safety targets
• Manage the service contracts including cleaning, security and ambassador services and monitor their performance
• Support the execution of promotion activities for station shops and monitor tenants’ fitting out works
• Work closely with station operations and other stakeholders to implement the operation management of station retail facilities

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or a related discipline
• A minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience, preferably in property management or customer services industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Experience in retail shop management, supervision of fitting-out works or station operations is an advantage

Remarks

• Required to perform shift duties and may be required to wear uniform
• Required to work outside office hours as and when necessary
