Job summary

You will coordinate with property management, legal and finance teams to ensure lease compliance and smooth operations. You will leverage AI tools for tenant profiling, demand forecasting and document automation, with strong emphasis on data visualization and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in office leasing; track record in negotiations.
• Familiar with HK tenancy legislation.
• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflow.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute leasing strategies for office.
• Identify and approach potential tenants; negotiate terms.
• Manage full leasing cycle from market research to handover.
• Maintain relationships; handle enquiries.
• Collaborate with PM, legal, finance to ensure lease compliance.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking.
• Prepare leasing reports and forecasts.
• Support marketing activities.
• Lead ad hoc projects.
