Job summary

Collinson Group in Hong Kong is seeking a strategic leader to partner with North Asia leadership to drive commercial strategy, market planning, and performance across the region. You will translate regional priorities into actionable plans, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and governance, and steer cross‑functional initiatives to deliver growth.

The role requires extensive senior experience in LOB leadership, P&L ownership, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders within matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial strategy and market planning.
• Strong financial management, forecasting and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects across North Asia.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts and long‑range plans.
• Provide executive dashboards and governance materials for leadership reviews.
• Coach country leaders and drive accountability for agreed priorities.
