Job summary

Richemont seeks a Brand Controller to lead financial reporting, consolidation, and strategic planning for North Asia, including the Hainan and GTR markets. You will partner with regional management to drive profitability and ensure robust financial controls.

With 6–8 years in financial controlling or FP&A in a multinational setting, you will leverage SAP, Hyperion, and Anaplan to deliver insights and actionable analyses for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master's or professional certification desirable.
• Minimum 6–8 years in financial controlling, FP&A, or auditing with regional multinational experience.
• Strong consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation of financial results for North Asia ensuring accuracy and compliance with Group standards.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities across North Asia.
• Analyze performance vs budget, identify variances, trends and drivers.
• Develop standardized financial reporting methodologies for North Asia.
• Prepare high-quality presentations for reviews for regional management and headquarters.
• Partner with regional commercial teams to provide financial insights for performance management.
• Lead financial planning, controlling and reporting for Hainan and GTR markets.
• Support overall HKMO cashflow planning and regional dashboards.
