Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced, commercially driven leader to oversee the growth and delivery of Enterprise & Portfolio projects across North Asia, including Hong Kong, Macau, China, Japan and Korea.

The role focuses on developing strategic client relationships, leading complex pursuits and proposals, and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale real estate consulting programs, with close collaboration to regional leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management and revenue growth in real estate, consulting or professional services.
• Experience leading strategic pursuits, bids, proposals and complex client engagements.
• Ability to develop and execute market growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior client and executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple markets and geographies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of converting opportunities into growth.
• Experience in sectors including Financial/Professional Services, Retail, Technology, Infrastructure & Energy, Life Sciences & Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a North Asia growth strategy aligned with regional priorities.
• Identify market opportunities, growth drivers, and capability-building initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and client needs to inform decisions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and adjust regional priorities as required.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across North Asia.
• Lead strategic pursuits, major bids and proposal development.
• Develop compelling client value propositions and win strategies.
• Oversee senior-level client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
