Job summary

Hong Kong Baptist Hospital is seeking high calibre candidates for a customer service role in our hospital. The ideal candidate has Form 5 / HKCEE or above, at least 2 years’ experience in customer services, and may have experience in hotline support.

Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required, and night shifts are included. We offer an attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidates.

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer services.
• Experience in supporting hotline, handling customer inquiries and complaints in Call Centre would be an advantage.
• Night shift duty is required.
