Job summary

Hong Kong Baptist Hospital in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to handle inquiries and feedback from wards, clients and patients. You will resolve complaints professionally and assist in crowd control to ensure a smooth visitor flow. Shift duty is required.

The role emphasizes excellent communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Relevant experience in customer services is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or above.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Good customer services and communication skills.
• Relevant experience in customer services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word Processing.
• Shift duty is required.
