The role requires coordinating between clients and internal teams, maintaining relationships, and supporting smooth handovers across shifts, including overnight duties.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 1 year of customer service experience is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, account servicing, project coordination, financial printing, IPO support, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
• Deliver world-class service by responding to client needs with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Manage day-to-day service solutions and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and production milestones.
• Ensure smooth communication across internal teams and seamless handovers between shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and support timely delivery of specific jobs.
• Identify and escalation risks or issues to ensure high-quality delivery during critical filing, printing, and transaction periods.
