Williams Lea (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to bridge clients and production teams, ensuring timely delivery of listed company financial disclosures. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
Deliver world-class service by responding to client needs with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Manage day-to-day service solutions and coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and production milestones.
Ensure smooth communication across internal teams and seamless handovers between shifts.
Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and support timely delivery of specific jobs.
Identify and escalation risks or issues to ensure high-quality delivery during critical filing, printing, and transaction periods.
Job requirement:
Fresh graduates are welcome; minimum 1 year of customer service experience is an advantage.
Experience in customer service, account servicing, project coordination, financial printing, IPO support, or related roles is preferred.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to identify and escalation risks or issues proactively.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Willing to work shift schedules, including overnight duties, weekends, and public holidays; attractive shift allowance provided.
