As a Client Services Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and production teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and exceptional service. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Ensuring world-class service and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships
Manage day-to-day service solutions and coordinate project timelines
Ensuring smooth communication across internal teams and seamless shift transitions
Ensure accurate documentation of client communications and support timely delivery
Recognize and deliver service solutions for specific jobs with precision and efficiency
Fresh graduates with internship/ part-time job experience are welcome
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Willing to work overtime, shift schedules, including overnight duties (attractive shift allowance provided)
