Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited is seeking an Associate to join the IPO team in Hong Kong. The role delivers professional services to issuers and related parties, coordinating logistics and supporting IPO projects across the deal team.

You will engage in document reviews, logistics discussions, and settlement mechanisms, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality responses to enquiries. Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial institutions with IPO exposure preferred.
• Strong client-facing and admin coordination with issuers, sponsors, legal advisors, clearing companies and other parties in IPO logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the deal team and actively participate in the execution of IPO projects.
• Maintain excellent client support services and ensure high quality work to IPO related enquiries.
• Actively participate in IPO related activities e.g. review documents (prospectus), join logistics discussion and settlement mechanism.
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the IPO team.
• Involve in day-to-day project management and execution support.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
