Job summary

Computershare in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate for the IPO team to support IPO logistics, coordination, and client engagement. You will work under the Director of IPO Operations with issuers, sponsors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of IPO projects.

The role requires strong communication skills across English, Mandarin and Cantonese, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
• At least 5 years’ related experience in financial institutions with solid IPO understanding is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Experience in client-facing roles and handling admin tasks coordinating with issuers, sponsors, legal advisors, and other parties.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the deal team and actively participate in the execution of IPO projects.
• Maintain excellent client support services and ensure high quality work on IPO-related inquiries.
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the IPO team.
• Involve in day-to-day project management and execution support.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
