Job summary

Veolia Hong Kong Holding Limited is seeking an IT Support Engineer to monitor and maintain the local LAN/WAN network infrastructure, configure basic routing and switching, and assist with firewall policy management. You will provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 support for network and cybersecurity issues, troubleshoot connectivity, and maintain network diagrams and asset inventories.

The role requires CCNA and experience with Fortinet FortiGate and Cisco Meraki, plus familiarity with AWS and Cisco IOS

Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on IT network support experience.
CCNA (mandatory) and familiarity with Fortinet FortiGate firewall administration.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain daily operations of the local office LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
Assist with basic routing, switching, VLAN setups, and firewall policy management.
Support firewall and cybersecurity maintenance, including VPN user provisioning.
Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 network support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Keep network diagrams and IT asset inventories up to date.
Coordinate with local ISPs for routine maintenance and outage reporting.
