Job summary

Gfi World is seeking a Network Security professional to conduct regular network changes, upgrades, and patch management while supporting disaster recovery planning. You will assist in security solution design and daily operations, maximize performance through monitoring, and manage incidents with stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years' experience in network/information security, with knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computing, Engineering or related disciplines
• 3 years' working experience in network/information security industry
• Good knowledge on networking terminology with understanding in networking technology such as LAN/WAN & TCP IP
• Technical knowledge on Router, Switch, Firewall and common protocols such as BGP, IPSEC VPN, NAT and VLAN etc.
• Knowledge in Networking, SIEM, Firewall, DDOS, APT, Cloud and DR are preferable
• Knowledge of various security methodologies and processes, and technical security solutions is preferred
• Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem solving skills
• Good team player, pro-active, strong motivation, willing to learn
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered
