Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Solution Consultant - Network & Security to join its expanding team in Hong Kong. The role involves designing Network & Security solutions and supporting the sales cycle for enterprise clients, working closely with Account Managers, technology vendors and delivery teams.

You will stay current with NGFW, SD-WAN, Zero Trust and EDR/XDR, translating complex requirements into practical business solutions and delivering proposals and POC evaluations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in IT Infrastructure/Network/Security with pre-sales exposure.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking: routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN.
• Experience with cybersecurity solutions: Firewall, EDR/XDR, SIEM/SOC, IAM.
• Experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco or CrowdStrike is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer-facing skills.
• Translate technical requirements into practical business solutions.
• Good command of Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet or CISSP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and design suitable Network & Security solutions, including NGFW, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, EDR/XDR and Cloud Security.
• Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations throughout the pre-sales cycle.
• Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, BOM and SOW.
• Deliver solution presentations, product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations.
• Work closely with sales teams on solution strategy, technical clarification and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with technology vendors and internal engineering/delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover.
• Keep up to date with emerging Network & Cybersecurity technologies and market trends.
