Responsibilities

• Implement network infrastructure installations and configurations
• Participate in troubleshooting and support of network infrastructure and various client services
• Deliver technical documentation of infrastructure, control procedures, operation and review data network proposals
• Handle advance customer technical enquiries and product/system demonstration.
• Setup, backup, scripting, network troubleshooting and administration of software and systems on the Network Infrastructure

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• At least 3 year’s experience in Network management such as: switches, routers and load balancers.
• At least 3 year’s experience in one or more of the following: installing, troubleshooting, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant technologies.
• Ability to perform advanced problem determination / resolution
• Good Command in written and communicate in English and Chinese
