Job summary

A HKSAR Government Department is seeking personnel to provide implementation and system support for network equipment, video and related telecommunications projects in Hong Kong. Selected candidates will monitor networks, report issues, and coordinate with project teams and contractors.

Responsibilities include daily fault reporting, system performance tracking, and arranging contractor site access while facilitating resolution between contractors and site owners.

Qualifications

• DSE or HKCEE with 5 subjects including Chinese and English.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience with maintenance and system support for real-time operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network management and related systems; liaise with users, project teams and contractors on issues.
• Prepare daily fault, performance and related operation reports.
• Provide site access logistics for contractors and coordinate between contractors and site owners.
