Job summary

Maxson Network Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Technical Support Officer / IT Technician to join our Technical Services Team. The role focuses on system implementation, maintenance and technical support for IT and display systems.

You will maintain IT systems, video broadcast and information display systems, provide production and technical support for hardware, software, networks, OS and applications. 5-day work week, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Higher diploma or Associate Degree or above in Information Technology or related engineering discipline.
• Solid experience in Microsoft Windows platform.
• Good communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, flexible and willing to work overtime.
• Good team player.
• Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Ethernet network and test driven implementation.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of our Technical Services Team which provides system implementation, maintenance and technical support.
• Provide maintenances of information technology systems, video broadcast systems and information display systems.
• Provide production support and technical support for hardware, software, network. operating systems and applications software.
• Participate in projects implementation, demonstrations, training.
