Job summary

An IT services and solutions provider based in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Infrastructure / Network / Operation Specialist to oversee application management processes and system configurations. The successful candidate will plan and execute system and network security and lead an operation support team. The role requires a higher diploma in relevant fields, over 5 years of experience in IT support, and knowledge of Windows and Linux. Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT system support or operation.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Holder of CCIE or CCNP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Govern application change, release and configuration management processes.
• Perform system & network planning, design, configuration and management.
• Lead the operation support team.

Skills

Knowledge in Windows & Linux OS

Strong knowledge and experience in routing and switching

Hands-on experience in F5 / A10 load balancer

Knowledge of SSL Offload, HTTP & TCP/IP load balancing

Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Education

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
