You will onboard a contract to support a leading bank, oversee daily infrastructure and IT operation services, and ensure reliable network performance.

Duties

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a leading bank;
• Participate in daily infrastructure and IT operation services.

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in IT with at least 3 years in enterprise or carrier network support covering the followings scope: Computer Network infrastructure operation and support role, preferable in the banking and finance sector; Solid knowledgeable in IT infrastructure and operations services, including but not limited to Network and Cybersecurity which include the below: 1. Knowledge and support experience in major firewall brand products including either CheckPoint / Palo Alto / Fortinet/Hillstone firewalls. 2. Knowledge and support experience in LAN/WAN network with routing and switching, 3. Experience on network monitoring and management system such as ManageEngine Opmanager and Solarwinds NPM. 4. Holder of related professional qualification on the above such as: CheckPoint CCSA, Fortinet NSE4, PA PCNSA, CCIE / CCNP / HCIE / HCIP is not mandatory but is definitely an advantage.
• Good project management skills with proven experiences in managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less network supporting experience will be considered the position of Assistant Technical Services Manager.
