Job summary

King Deux Search & Consulting is seeking a Senior Customer Service Officer for our call centre in Hong Kong. The role handles inbound calls from customers and vendors while delivering exceptional service and maintaining accurate information in the databases.

The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree or Diploma, experience in property management or hospitality, and strong communication skills in English and Chinese. A 5-day work week is offered with medical and insurance plans for dependents.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or diploma required; above
• Experience in property management or hospitality preferred, especially in report centre or control room
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent phone manner and customer focus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers and vendors, and provide exceptional customer service
• Update information database and consolidate reports
• To handle administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
