Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to bridge Head Office and nine Diptyque stores in Hong Kong and Macao. The role manages daily retail operations, store admin, compliance and performance reporting, and serves as the primary counterpart to Store Managers.

The one-year contract offers strong conversion potential based on performance and business needs, with responsibilities spanning stock, POS, vendor liaising, and multi-store process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in retail operations, store operations or key-account operations; beauty or luxury background strongly preferred; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-store networks and collaborating with Head Office functions.
• Strong ownership to manage high volumes of store requests with accuracy and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Retail Operations Leadership: act as the key contact between store teams and Head Office to ensure SOPs and service standards across HK and Macao.
• Store Administration & People Support: consolidate office orders, manage petty cash and monitor store cash flow with Finance.
• Store Compliance & Facilities: coordinate security equipment support, store audits, fire-service certs and maintenance with vendors.
• Reporting & Business Analysis: prepare weekly sales reporting, KPI analysis and monthly traffic/sales reporting with HR and stores.
