Diptyque seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to unite Head Office and nine stores in Hong Kong and Macao. You will own day-to-day retail operations, store administration, compliance and performance reporting, acting as the primary liaison to Store Managers.

This is a one-year contract with a strong prospect of conversion based on performance. Requirements include 5+ years in retail operations and proficiency in Excel; Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting a multi-store network and coordinating with Head Office.
• Strong ownership and ability to manage high volume store requests.
• Proficient with Excel and KPI reporting; Tableau is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day retail operations and store administration.
• Coordinate store openings, renovations, and events.
• Prepare weekly sales reporting and KPI analysis.
• Support cost budgeting and supplier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
