Job summary

KBQuest Hong Kong Ltd is seeking a Dev/Tech Support Engineer to assist customers with cloud-based services and related technical support. You will help deploy, maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure while aligning with the company’s cloud strategy and best practices.

You will work closely with customers’ IT teams, providing proactive monitoring, patching, provisioning, troubleshooting and incident handling, and you will act as a Technical Account representative for dedicated clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma in Computing / IT related / Engineering or equivalent.
Solid understanding of cloud services and architectures.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers and enhance, maintain and troubleshoot related services.
Ensure smooth project delivery aligned with service level agreements.
Manage customers' cloud infrastructure per the company's cloud strategy and guidelines.
Collaborate with customers' IT teams; monitor, patch, provision, troubleshoot and handle incidents.
Act as Technical Account representative for dedicated clients.
