Job summary

HKMCI People is seeking a Service Support Engineer to join our Cloud and Infrastructure team. You will handle incident management, provide technical support for cloud platforms, and participate in office automation tasks to keep services resilient and secure.

Responsibilities include monitoring system health, performing root-cause analysis, developing basic automation scripts, and collaborating with development, operations, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience deploying public clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud security concepts (IAM, MDM, CASB, SWG).
• Basic understanding of cloud networking and virtualization.
• Strong problem-solving and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for cloud infrastructure and apps.
• Monitor health and performance of cloud systems.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Develop and maintain basic automation scripts for cloud management.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
