Job summary

BAH Partners in Hong Kong seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide L2/L3 support across end-user computing, Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking and security technologies. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and install, configure, and maintain computer systems.

Collaborate with team members and vendors to troubleshoot complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications

Friendly with excellent communication skills in English.
Proven experience in desktop support or a related IT role, preferably in a corporate environment.
A solid understanding of computer hardware/software, including operating systems (Windows/Mac), O365 Suite, and network fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to streamline processes and enhance user experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support across end-user computing, Microsoft 365, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, networking, and security-related technologies.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to troubleshoot complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Assist in the setup of new IT equipment.
