Job summary

Occasions Asia Pacific 天機亞太集團 is seeking a proactive IT Manager to oversee the daily reliability, administration, security and continuous improvement of our digital workplace. You will own Microsoft 365, Teams, user access, IT service delivery, SaaS applications, vendor coordination and IT projects in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related discipline; relevant experience considered.
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in IT operations, IT support, M365 administration, or similar.
• Hands-on experience administering M365 components (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) and licences.
• Proven ability to manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, licences, and outsourced vendors.
• Strong IT security understanding: MFA, access control, data protection, backups and incident escalation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; service-oriented for non-technical users.
• Good project coordination and documentation skills; able to manage priorities and budgets.
• English and Chinese proficiency; Cantonese/Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Teams; manage accounts, licences and settings.
• Oversee IT onboarding, access provisioning and offboarding; manage roles and password resets.
• Maintain Teams governance, external/guest access, and collaboration practices.
• Provide first- and second-line help desk support for M365, Teams, email, files and SaaS.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors; monitor SLAs and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain security practices: MFA, access controls, backup, and endpoint management with external vendors.
• Partner with departments to improve workflows, reporting, and SaaS usage across tools.
• Document IT procedures, create user guides, and report updates to management.
• Track budgets, licences, SaaS subscriptions and renewal dates; identify cost-saving opportunities.
