Occasions Asia Pacific in Hong Kong is seeking an IT Manager to oversee Microsoft 365, Teams, user access and IT service delivery in a fast-paced marketing environment. You will manage SaaS applications, vendor relationships, security and data protection, while partnering with business units to enhance workflows, reporting and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
• At least 5 years’ IT operations, IT support, and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 components (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, licences).
• Experience supporting Teams, including meetings, channels, permissions and external collaboration.
• Experience managing user access, onboarding/offboarding and vendor-managed IT services.
• Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals (MFA, access control, data protection).

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day reliability, administration, security, and continuous improvement of the digital workplace.
• Own Microsoft 365, Teams, user access, licences and collaboration settings.
• Manage onboarding, access provisioning, offboarding and password resets.
• Govern Teams structure, external/guest access, and collaboration practices.
• Provide hands-on help desk support for Teams, M365, email, files and SaaS apps.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors; monitor service levels and renewals.
• Ensure security, MFA, backups, endpoint management and incident escalation.
• Partner with departments to improve workflows, reporting, and tool usage.
• Coordinate IT projects, maintain user guides, and report progress to management.
• Monitor IT expenditure, licences, subscriptions, contracts, and renewals.
