Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd. is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead regional digital workplace transformation and oversee IT infrastructure strategy across multiple countries. The role emphasizes cloud adoption, AI-enabled tools, and strong governance.

You will manage Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems, drive modernization, and mentor a regional team while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders at executive levels. Fluent in English and Chinese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a IT-related field is required.
• 10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with 5+ in a leadership role.
• Experience leading regional or multinational teams across countries.
• Strong cloud, cybersecurity, and AI adoption knowledge.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional IT infrastructure strategy.
• Lead design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure services.
• Drive cloud adoption and optimization initiatives across Microsoft Azure.
• Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
• Champion AI-powered workplace tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Establish infrastructure security standards, DR capabilities, and compliance.
• Lead infrastructure projects across multiple countries within scope, budget and timelines.
• Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and outsourcing partners.
• Develop monitoring, automation, and operational processes for reliability.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional infrastructure team.
