Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior IT Manager to spearhead the regional IT infrastructure and digital workplace transformation. You will define strategy and lead initiatives across cloud, networks, identity management, and end‑user computing.

The role requires 10+ years in IT infrastructure with leadership in regional environments, strong Azure/M365 expertise, and a proven track record in AI and automation projects. Travel quarterly is expected.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with leadership in regional or multinational settings.
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud services, including networking, compute, storage, security, identity, governance, and migration strategies.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Defender, and Copilot.
Experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, including Windows Server, virtualization, backup, and enterprise storage.
Fluent English and Chinese communication skills; willing to travel quarterly.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the regional IT infrastructure strategy aligned to business objectives and digital transformation.
Lead design, implementation and support of enterprise infrastructure services across cloud and on‑premises.
Drive cloud adoption and optimization across Azure with migration, governance, security, performance and cost management.
Manage and enhance Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Entra ID).
Champion AI-powered workplace tools such as Copilot to boost productivity and decision making.
Establish infrastructure security standards, DR capabilities, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
Lead projects and upgrades across multiple countries, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
Manage third‑party vendors and outsourcing partners with strong SLAs and governance.
Develop monitoring, automation, and operational processes to improve reliability and user experience.
Build and mentor a high‑performing regional infrastructure team.
