Job summary

A renowned retail corporation in Hong Kong is seeking to hire an IT Manager with at least 8 years of experience in application project management or IT infrastructure. Qualifications

Job Description

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical implementation and support on cloud infrastructure in terms of OS, network, and database; e.g. Microsoft Office 365 applications, Azure
• Manage the vendor selection, RFP/RFQ, cost evaluation and performance assessment
• Create new or enhance existing business processes, culture and users experience to meet business requirements
• Direct and monitor the overall project management to ensure project deliverables meet the project plan, on schedule and within budget
• Manage the service providers to provide technical support
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• 8 years of solid experience in application project management or IT infrastructure
• Solid knowledge in Workflow / BPM, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, PowerBI, Azure / AWS Cloud
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365 implementation
• Experience in PM Tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and Data Analysis tools (e.g. Qlikview) is an advantage
• Effective negotiation and vendor management skills with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Holder of Microsoft certification or ITIL would be definitely an advantage
• A proactive problem solver with outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
