About the role

Skire HK Limited is seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Chai Wan, Eastern District. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our import/export and daily operations. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing merchandise flow, and optimising our supply chain processes. This role is essential to maintaining our operational efficiency and meeting our clients' delivery expectations within the competitive import/export sector.

Key responsibilities

End-to-end order follow-up from initial receipt through final delivery

Factory coordination and daily liaison to monitor production progress

Shipment arrangement and coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers

Prepare, verify, and submit export/import documentation including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin

Utilize MS Excel and MS Word for order and shipment data entry and tracking

Navigate client web portals for order and shipment data

Make factory visits or attend Trade shows when required

About you

1-3 years of relevant experience in import/export trade

Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple orders under tight deadlines

Computer literate with solid working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook)

Comfort using web-based platforms and ERP tools
