Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shipping Clerk role based in Hong Kong SAR. The Shipping Clerk will be responsible for following up orders with vendors , preparing, packing documents.

We are a trading firm headquartered in Hong Kong, with an office and showroom in Ningbo. Our primary markets are the UK and EU. The successful candidate for this vacancy will be responsible for:

• Order follow-up with various suppliers across China
• Liaising with overseas clients regarding artwork approvals and related paperwork
• Preparing shipment bookings and shipping documents
