• Entrepreneurial, agile mindset with curiosity and empathy
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Cantonese/Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

• Be an Exceptional Client Advisor: achieve individual and team sales for Men's Universe, welcome clients and deliver memorable experiences
• Provide expertise on product category, support colleagues with detailed information
• Be a strong style advisor, assess client style and tailor recommendations
• Collaborate as a team, contribute to store objectives
• Master storytelling about Louis Vuitton and Men's Universe
• Respect company policies and best practices
• Promote and show ownership for the category
• Be an ambassador for the Men's Universe and develop local Clients
• Interact with Visual Merchandising to ensure category display
• Partner with Store Manager, Merchandising and In-Store Trainers to develop selling skills
