Job summary

Louis Vuitton Hong Kong is seeking an Expert Advisor in watches & jewellery to serve as a brand ambassador, delivering the Louis Vuitton promise and sharing craftsmanship. You will engage clients, tell stories, and contribute to the Watches & Jewellery category.

In this role you will welcome clients, build long-term relationships, provide expert product advice, and collaborate with the store team to strengthen brand presence. Fluency in English required; Cantonese or Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Watches & Jewellery, including premium/high watches.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin preferred.
• Ability to deliver exceptional client services and brand storytelling.
• Strong brand ambassador with storytelling skills for Vuitton.
• Willingness to own and develop client relationships across store clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team objectives for Watches & Jewellery category sales.
• Welcome every Client and deliver exceptional, memorable moments according to the Louis Vuitton promise.
• Proactively recruit and manage a portfolio of Clients using clienteling tools.
• Provide expert product advice and support team members with detailed information.
• Be a strong style advisor and tailor recommendations to client needs.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Visual Merchandiser to optimize brand display.
