Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, sports, or sales experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with sales targets, promotions and upselling activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to members and visitors
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
• Manage court bookings, registrations, membership enquiries, and payments
• Support daily front desk and venue operations
• Assist with events, clinics, leagues, and tournaments
• Promote memberships, coaching programmes, events, and special offers
• Actively upsell club services and help drive sales opportunities
• Support marketing promotions and encourage participation in club activities
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all customers
